Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by All-Inkl.com, Friedersdorf. When a page is requested, the web server automatically records in log files: the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the browser and operating system, and the page visited before. This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is not merged with other data.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation). Log files are usually deleted after 14 days at the latest, unless a security incident requires longer retention.

Visit statistics

To learn how often each page is viewed, this website reports the address of a page to scweble.io, the service it was made with, when the page is opened. Only page views per day and page are counted. No cookies are set, nothing is stored on or read from your device, no identifiers are formed and no profiles are built. Your IP address and browser identifier arrive for technical reasons, but are used only at the moment of the request to detect abuse and bots, and are not stored.

scweble.io processes this data as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR, in Germany only. Daily figures are deleted after 13 months.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in data-minimal reach measurement). You can object by blocking the request with a content blocker; the website keeps working unchanged.

No cookies, no other services

Apart from the counting described above, this website uses no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no external services. The fonts it uses ship with the website.

Your rights

Towards the controller you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
